The course and accommodations will be held at the Delta Hotels Kingston Waterfront.
Trainees’ course fees include shared double accommodation if registered by March 15, 2026. After March 15, trainees are eligible for a group discounted rate. 
 

Staff physicians are eligible for a group discounted rate. Further details will be provided after registration.
